BNP水平测定在左心衰合并房颤患者的临床意义(2)
左心衰竭患者的BNP水平，合并快速房颤者比窦性心率者高，且与左房内径有明显相关性。血浆BNP水平有助于预测房颤的发生。但其机制尚未完全明确，如要证实血浆BNP水平与房颤的关联性还需要更深入的对房颤患者结构和功能的研究。
