[摘要] 目的 探讨简单易行有效的膝骨性关节炎的治疗方法。方法 联合应用关节腔冲洗、玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗早期患者78例。结果 治疗1个疗程，随访6～12个月，治愈78膝，占84.78%；显效8膝，占8.70%；有效6膝，占6.52%；总有效率100%。结论 膝关节腔冲洗联合玻璃酸钠注射是一种简便易行且疗效确切的早期膝骨性关节炎治疗方案。
