黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠作用机制的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究不同剂量的黄芪多糖(Astragaluspolysaccharides,APS)对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响作用。方法 SD大鼠喂以高脂高糖饲料加小剂量四氧嘧啶,建立2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型。将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、2-DM胰岛素抵抗模型对照组、黄芪多糖不同剂量治疗组。检测了大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇(TC)的含量和血清中TNF-a和Leptin水平变化。结果 1、黄芪多糖能够显著降低T2DM-IR大鼠的血糖。2、黄芪多糖能显著降低T2DM-IR大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL含量,同时显著升高血清HDL含量。3、黄芪多糖可显著降低T2DM-IR大鼠血清中TNF-a和Leptin的水平。结论 1. 黄芪多糖可显著改善糖代谢异常。2. 黄芪多糖可明显改善T2DM-IR大鼠伴有的血脂代谢异常。3. 黄芪多糖可显著降低T2DM-IR大鼠血清中TNF-a,Leptin的水平,改善胰岛素信号通路转导,提高了机体对胰岛素的敏感性。

    [Abstract] Objective Study the different doses of astragalus polysaccharide (Astragaluspolysaccharides, APS) of insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes. Methods SD rats fed with high fat and sugar feed add small doses of four oxygen pyrimidines, establish insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes in the rat model. Will SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, 2 - DM insulin resistance model control group, astragalus polysaccharide different-dose treatment group. To test the rat fasting glucose (FPG) plasmglucose, fasting, , triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), cholesterol (TC) content and serum Leptin leels TNF - a and changes . Results 1.astragalus polysaccharide to significantly reduce the high-risk T2DM - IR rats blood sugar.2. astragalus polysaccharides could significantly reduce high-risk T2DM - IR rats serum TG, the TC, LDL levels, at the same time significantly eleated serum levels of HDL levels.3. astragalus polysaccharide can significantly reduce high-risk T2DM - IR rats serum TNF - a and Leptin leels. Conclusion 1. Astragalus polysaccharide can significantly improve improve sugar metabolism disorders. 2. Astragalus polysaccharides could evidently improve high-risk T2DM - IR rats with of dyslipidemia. 3. Astragalus polysaccharide can significantly reduce high-risk T2DM - IR rats serum TNF - a, Leptin, improve the level of insulin signaling pathways transduction, improves the sensitiity to insulin ......
