[摘要] 目的 对颈部多层螺旋CT血管造影成像技术中遇到的问题进行分析。方法 对我院已行的50例颈部多层螺旋CT血管造影(以下简称“颈部CTA”)检查的患者的影像资料进行分析。结果 颈部CTA能清楚显示颈A和椎A，能显示异常血管的类型、位置、大小。结论 正确的技术操作及多种重建方法的综合运用，可提高颈部CTA的图像质量及对颈部疾病的诊断价值。

    [Abstract] Objective to neck multislice CT angiography imaging technology problems were analyzed. Methods 50 cases already done in our neck multislice CT angiography (hereinafter referred to as “neck CTA”) check the image data of patients were analyzed. Resultscan clearly show the neck CTA carotid A and vertebral A, can display abnormal blood vessels type, position, size. Conclusionthe correct technical operation and various reconstruction methods, improve the comprehensive use of image quality and neck CTA of cervical disease diagnosis value. ......
