显微技术在指动脉岛状皮瓣手术中的应用

     [摘要] 目的 应用显微技术解剖减少指动脉岛状皮瓣蒂部卡压。方法 对100例末节指腹缺损的患者应用指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术,采用显微技术解剖指动脉岛状皮瓣蒂部。结果 93例一期成活,7例出现静脉回流障碍,经处理后成活。术后随访4-6个月,伤指外形与正常指接近,指腹饱满,蒂部不臃肿现象。结论 利用显微技术减少血管蒂部组织量的指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣,术后效果良好,皮瓣静脉危象明显减少。

    The study of microscopical techniques in the operation of digital artery island flap

    [Abstract] Objective To reduce the pedicle pressure of digital artery island flap by using microscopical techniques. Methods With the repair operation of digital artery reverse pedicle island flap to cure 100 patients with paratelum finger pulp defect, using microscopical techniques to anatomize digital artery island flap. Results 93 patients survived, 7 patients had venous reflux obstacles, but survival after treatment. Followed up for 4-6 months, the shape of injured finger is similar to the normal, full of finger pulp, the pedicle is not bloated. Conclusion The use of microscopical techniques can reduce the amount of vascular pedicle tissue of the digital artery reverse pedicle island flap, the result is good, the flap vein crisis obviously reduced. ......
