[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜下诊治鼻出血的应用价值及其适应证。方法 回顾分析226例非外伤鼻出血患者经鼻窦内窥镜检查的临床资料。结果 出血部位：中鼻道52例，中鼻甲44例，下鼻甲6例，鼻中隔前上端28例，部位不明33例。鼻窦内窥镜下鼻腔填塞126例，微波、激光、烧灼78例，手术42例。患者均获得满意的止血效果。结论 鼻内窥镜诊治鼻出血，诊断准确，治疗方便，效果好。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value and its indication of treatment of bleeding from the nose in endoscopic diagnosis and. Methods Review 226 cases of trauma patients with nasal bleeding after endoscopic sinus check of the clinical data. Results Bleeding site：52 cases of middle turbinate, 44 cases of middle turbinate, 6 cases of inferior turbinate, 28 cases of before the septum top, the top part in 33 patients is unknown. After 126 cases under nasal endoscopic sinus filling in, 78 cases of burning, microwave and laser, 42 cases of surgery, all patients were satisfied with bleeding effect. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic diagnosis and treatment is accurate, convenient and effective to the bleeding from the nose.
