[摘要] 目的 研讨老年急性心肌梗死的临床特点。方法 回顾分析44例老年心肌梗死的临床资料。结果 老年人心肌梗死症状不典型，合并症多，病死率高，临床极易误诊，延误治疗。结论 抓获老年心肌梗死特点，早期诊断尤为重要。
