[摘要] 充血性心力衰竭的药物治疗包括常规药物治疗和非常规药物治疗，常规药物治疗研究非常多，也得到了广大医生及患者的认可，近年来根据神经内分泌-细胞因子的过度激活及其与心脏重构理论发展出了新的非常规药物治疗，实现了充血性心力衰竭治疗的突破，本文主要对这类药物的使用研究情况进行综述。

    [Abstract] Congestive heart failure drug therapy includes conventional and unconventional medical treatment drug treatment. Regular drug treatment research is very large and has also been recognized by the majority of doctors and patients in recent years. According to neuroendocrine the excessive activation and cytokine cardiac remodeling with a new theoretical development of unconventional therapy, achieve a breakthrough in the treatment of congestive heart failure. This paper studies on the use of these drugs are reviewed.
