[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病前期中西医结合治疗的效果。方法 46例糖尿病前期病人随机分为对照组，治疗组各23例。在1级预防基础上。治疗组：中医以益气养阴，活血通络，除湿化痰的葛根地黄黄连汤为主随症加减，西药以二甲双胍，辛伐他汀等治疗6个月为一疗程。结果 治疗组23例短期全部恢复正常，连续观察5年时累计3例发病占13%。对照组连续观察5年后累计16例发病占69%发病。结论 治疗组明显推迟糖尿病的发病。其远期疗效，预防并发症的发生有待进一步的研究。与对照组比较有显著差异。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the pre-diabetes effect of Integrative Medicine. Methods 46 cases of pre-diabetes patients were randomly divided into control group, treatment group 23 cases. In a 1 grade prevention based on, treatment group: Chinese to Yiqi,Huoxuetongluo,dehumidification Pueraria phlegm yellow soup to the main subtraction with the disease.Western medicine with metformin,simvastatin treatment for 6 months for such a course. Results All 23 patients returned to normal short-term, continuous observation of 5 years cumulative incidence of 3 cases of 13%. Continuous observation of the control group after 5 years the cumulative incidence of 16 cases and 69% incidence. Conclusion The treatment group was significantly delayed the onset of diabetes. Its long-term efficacy, prevention of complications needs further study. Compared with the control group were significantly different. ......
