忻府区2009年饮水型地方性氟中毒监测结果与分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 掌握忻府区饮水型地方性氟中毒流行动态、病情消长趋势及改水降氟效果。 方法 调查全区每年改水降氟工程及运转情况,监测忻府区高城乡永丰庄村(重病区)居民病情,分析疾病流行原因,存在问题,提出整改建议。结果 永丰庄村生活饮用水水氟浓度(水源水6.14mg/L,末梢水5.89mg/L)未达到国家卫生标准(0.8mg/L),8岁-12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率达81.3%,缺损型氟斑牙检出率26.2%,氟斑牙指数1.94。儿童尿氟几何均值为9.9mg/L,30岁以上人群患病率为72.0%。结论 忻定盆地滹沱河沿岸的中心地带,居民生活饮用水水氟浓度严重超标,儿童体内氟浓度处于较高水平,水氟浓度与病情直线相关,改水降氟措施不力,致使病情未得到有效控制,呈中等度流行。加大改水降氟力度是消除饮水型地方性氟中毒最有效的防治手段。

    The Local Fluorosis' Survey and Analysis of Drinking Water in Xinfu District in 2009

    [Abstract] Objective The objective of writing this paper is to know the epidemic dynamic of drinkig water's fluorosis, the trend of this disease and the effect after the government take measures of fluoride. Methods The writers used the methods are to survey the project of reducing the water's fluoride and it's operational status, to monitor the residents' state of an illness in Yongfeng Village (the serious illness area) of Gaocheng. Then the wtiters analyze the reasons of this epidemic disease. After that, the writers give some advices of correctiving measures. Results From the survey, the writers find out that the drinking water's concentration of fluoride in Yongfeng Village is 6.14 mg/L of source water and 5.89mg/L of peripheral water, which does not meet the national health standard (0.8mg/L). The detctive rate of dental fluorosis in chlidren aged 8-12 is 81.3%. And the rate of defects of dental fluorosis is 26.2%. The fluoride in children's urine is 9.9mg/L.72% of over 30-year-old people has this disease. Conclusion The concentration of dranking water's fluride in the central zone along Hutu River in Xinding Basin far exceeds the national health standard ......
