[摘要] 目的 探讨早发型子痫前期的病因及治疗。方法 对我院早发型子痫前期的资料进行回顾性分析。结论 加强孕期产检，对早发型子痫前期应早期诊断，早治疗。终止妊娠是治疗的最有效的措施。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the early onset pre-eclampsia etiology and treatment.Methods the hospital early onset preeclampsia were retrospectively analyzed.Conclusion To strengthen pregnancy check-ups, on early onset preeclampsia should be early diagnosis, early treatment.Termination of pregnancy is the treatment of the most effective measures.
