[摘要] 目的 观察显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 对120例(120只眼)翼状胬肉患者在显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植，观察术后复发情况。结果 术后随诊1-12月，5例复发，复发率为4.16 %。结论 显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发翼状胬肉，能有效降低术后复发率，是目前医疗条件下较为理想的手术方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the pterygium excison combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of Pterygium under naked eyes. Methods All 120cases(120eyes) received the surgery of pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation and observed the recurrent rate. Results Followed up 1-12 months, reoccurred in 5 cases, the recurrent rate was 4.16%. Conclusions The surgery of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of primary pterygium under direct vision can effectively reduce the recurrence of pterygium, it is ideal surgical methods in current medical conditions.
