[摘要] 目的 比较四种含铜宫内节育器的避孕效果。方法 将718例育龄妇女随机分成4组，分别放置吉妮环、元宫型、母体乐环(ML)、Tcu220，随访18个月，对其避孕效果、副反应和继续使用率进行对比、评价。结果 18个月累计继续使用率吉妮环最高、元宫型其次、母体乐环较低、Tcu220最低，脱落率和带器妊娠率吉妮环最低、元宫型其次、母体乐环较高、Tcu220最高，因症取出率吉妮环最低、Tcu220其次、元宫型较高、母体乐环最高。结论 含铜宫内节育器具有脱落率低、因症取出率低等优点，值得普遍采用;吉妮环是四种宫内节育器中副反应小、脱落率低且避孕效果最理想的一种节育器，值得推广使用;临床应根据受器者的具体情况选择适当的IUD。

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the contraceptive effects of 4 copper intrauterine devices(Cu-IUD).Methods 689 women were randomly divided into 4 groups and GyniFixIN IUD, y-IUD, ML IUD and Tcu 220 IUD were respectively inserted in the women in the 4 groups; the follow-up lasted for 18 months, and the comparison and evaluation of the contraceptive effect, side effect and continuous using rate among the 4 groups were made.
