256层ICT头颈部联合血管成像在头颈部病变中的临床应用

     [摘要] 目的 探讨256层ICT头颈部联合血管成像在头颈部血管性病变中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析27例头颈部血管病变血管成像的阳性病例。采用飞利浦Brillianec256层ICT扫描,造影剂量50-60ml,注射速率4.5-5ml/s,扫描用对比剂自动跟踪技术进行。在工作站进行三维图像重建。应用三维容积再现(3DVR)、平面重建(MPR)、最密度投影(MIP)、血管分析(VA)重建方法等后处理软件。结果 27例阳性病例中,一侧颈内动脉狭窄1例,双侧颈内动脉狭窄2例,一侧椎动脉狭窄或闭塞11例,双侧椎动脉狭窄2例,颅内动脉瘤10例,动静脉畸形1例。血管成像对于病变大小、形态、位置均能清晰显示。结论 256层ICT头颈部血管成像是头颈部血管性病变筛选的一种安全、无创、有价值的首选影像学检查方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application value of 256 slice ICT with head and neck angiography in head and neck vascular lesions.Methods 27 cases angiography-positive head and neck vascular lesions were retrospectively analysed.Using Philips Brillianec 256 slice ICT,contrast agent dose was 50-60ml,injection rate was 4.5-5ml/s,scaned with contrast agent automatic tracking technology.Three-dimensional image reconstruction was performed on workstation using post-processing software such as three-dimensional volume rendering(3DVR),multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),vessel lar analysis(VA) reconstruction methods.Results In 27 positive cases,unilateral side internal carotid artery stenosis 1 case,bilateral carotid artery stenosis 2 cases,unilateral vertebral artery stenosis or occlusion 11 cases,bilateral vertebral artery stenosis 2 cases,intracranial aneurysm10 cases,arteriovenous malformation 1 case.Angiography can clearly show lesion size,shape and location.Conclusion 256 slice ICT with head and neck angiography is a safe,non-invasive,valuable and preferred imaging method for screening head and neck vascular lesions. ......
