【摘要】 目的 晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果较差,生存期也较短。吉西他滨是治疗晚期胰腺癌的一线药物,有研究表明吉西他滨联合用药对患者生存有益。现对比吉西他滨单药和联合用药在治疗晚期胰腺癌中的疗效。方法 单药治疗组接受吉西他单药化疗,联合治疗组(GP组)接受吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗。结果 联合治疗组一年生存率效单药治疗组高,两组间差异有显著性。结论 吉西他滨联合用药可能有效提高晚期胰腺癌患者的生存率。
