低位直肠癌的围术期护理的探讨(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨低位直肠癌保肛术围手术期的护理方法。方法 选取2005年1月-2009年6月行低位直肠癌保肛手术患者30例作为研究组,2001年1月-2004年12月行低位直肠癌保肛术患者30例作为对照组的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 研究组由于实施科学系统的围手术期护理,与传统护理方法的对照组比较,肛门排气时间及住院时间等显著缩短(P<0.01),并发症发生率明显减少(P<0.01)。结论 针对低位直肠癌保肛术患者,加强围手术期心理护理,术前充分的肠道准备,术后密切观察并及时处理并发症,给予肛门括约肌功能锻炼,是手术成功、病人顺利恢复的重要保证。
