循证护理在幼儿静脉输液中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨循征护理在幼儿静脉输液中护理体会。方法 选择240例1～3岁小儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各120人。对照组采用常规输液方法,观察组从心理指导、选择合适的部位和血管、灵活把握进针角度和方向、采取巧妙的固定技巧等进行临床实践 结果 观察组幼儿静脉输液成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 应用循证护理指导静脉输液,提高了静脉穿刺的成功率,为抢救和治疗赢得宝贵时间。
