【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状旁腺激素(PTH)对尿毒症患者的血磷、血钙及红细胞免疫功能(RBC-C3b、RBC-IC)的影响。方法 用放射免疫法和红细胞免疫粘附试验对50例慢性肾衰竭患者、30例正常人的PTH、RBC-C3b、RBC-IC进行测定。
结果 肾衰竭患者组, P T H、RBC-C3b、血磷显著升高,与正常对照组比较P<0.0 1 )而RBC-IC、血钙明显低下 。结论尿毒症患者PTH升高的主要原因是血磷升高和血钙降低以及病变的肾脏对PTH的降解能力降低。 同时PTH增高又导致红细胞免疫功能下降和贫血的发生。因此,对尿毒症患者要及时进行红红细胞免疫功能、血红蛋白、血钙、血磷、PTH监测,注意各项指标的变化和病人的临床表现,并及时进行预防和治疗,根据肾功能情况尽量减少 P T H蓄积,以提高患者 的生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of parathyroid hormone (PTH) on phosphorus ,calcium and erythrocyte immune in Uremia Patients Method Using radioimmunoassay and red cell immune adhesion test to examine and determine on 50 patients of chronic renal failure and 30 patients with normal PTH, RBC-C3b, RBC-IC.
