【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育临床路径对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人康复效果的的影响。 方法 将我科住院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病员198例随机分组,对照组96例,实验组各102例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,实验组采用健康教育路径进行术前术后健康教育干预。 结果 实验组健康教育知识掌握率、对护理服务满意率、治疗行为依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),缩短了住院天数、术后胃肠功能恢复时间,减少了不良反应发生例数 。 结论 运用健康教育路径对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病员手术前后进行健康教育,提高了病员康复效果、对治疗行为的依从性及病人对护理服务的满意度,术后不良反应明显减少,是一种值得推广的健康教育方法。
