【摘要】目的:探讨阿米替林治疗小儿神经精神性尿频的临床疗效。方法:将门诊120例神经精神性尿频患儿按就诊次序随机分成观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给阿米替林5～10mg,每日2次,5天为1个疗程,对照组不给药物治疗。一周后复诊,询问排尿次数、每次排尿量。结果:观察组治愈率98.75%,对照组10.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。极少数患儿稍有口干,未见其他不良反应。结论:阿米替林治疗小儿神经精神性尿频的临床疗效疗效显著。
