【摘要】目的:临床应用中成药川芎嗪注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足并观察疗效。方法:选择50例病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用川芎嗪注射液80mg加入5%葡萄糖液250ml静滴,每日1次。对照组用维脑路通0.4g加入5%葡萄糖液250ml静滴,每日1次,两组均为15天一疗程。结果治疗组痊愈18例,有效5例,总有效率92%;对照组痊愈16例,有效6例,总有效率88%。两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:川芎嗪注射液与维脑路通注射液临床治疗椎基底动脉供血不足同样有效,可于应用临床。

    Alinical observation of chinese patent medicine injection in treating vertebroarterial blood insufficiency(VBI)

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effects of chinese patent medicine injection Chuanxiongqin injection in treating vertebroarterial blood insufficiency(VBI).Mthods50 cases were randomly divided intotwo groups(the treatment group and the control group).The treatment group were treated with Chuanxiongqininjection 80mg,the control group were treated with Venoruton injection 0.4g,two drugs were added into 5% glucose solution individually,then iv.drip,qd.15 days were regarded as one treatment course.ResultsIn the treatment group,18 cases were cure,5 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 92%;In the control group,16 cases were cure ,6cases were effective,the total effective rate was 88%.There were no significance in two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThere are the same effect between Chuanxiongqin injection and Venorution injection in treating VBI.It can be used widely. ......
