【摘要】目的：探讨根管治疗期间疼痛发生的原因 方法：对320例临床病人，350颗根管治疗的牙齿行临床观察。结果：30颗牙发生不同程度的根管治疗术后疼痛，其中，死髓牙，后牙，根尖阴影小的牙和近期有过疼痛发生比例高，其中以死髓牙最高。结论：与根管治疗术后疼痛发生的因素有牙髓坏死，牙位，根尖阴影，疼痛史等。

    【关键词】 根管治疗；疼痛【Abstract】Purpose:Discuss the cause method being in charge of the pain curing a period happening: The tooth that the clinical patient of example , 350 root canals treat 320 does clinical observation. Result: Root canal at different level happened in 30 teeth curing skill queen pain , among them , dead pith tooth , backteeth, and the small tooth of root tip shadow have had pain to proportion happened high , among them most highly with dead pith tooth in the near future. Conclusion: With being in charge of occurrence factor curing skill queen pain having dental pulp necrosis , tooth place , root tip shadow , pain, history waits.
