中西医结合治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体积血临床疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的:观察中医分期辨证治疗配合常规西医疗法治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy，PDR)玻璃体积血的临床疗效。 方法:自2008.03/2010.09在我院住院治疗的PDR玻璃体积血患者53例55只眼，随机分为治疗组28例28只眼，对照组25例27只眼。治疗组采用中医分期辨证为主，配合常规西医疗法，14d一个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。对照组予6-氨基己酸、尿激酶、碘剂等西医常规治疗。对比观察两组治疗前后视力变化及玻璃体积血吸收情况。 结果:治疗组病例中治愈3例，显效9例，有效13例，无效3例，总有效率89.28%，对所有患者进行最终观察3~6个月，均未发生继发性出血。对照组病例中治愈1例，显效5例，有效12例，无效9例，总有效率66.67%，其中两例双眼患者1例双眼有效，1例一眼有效，一眼无效。两组治疗前后视力比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)，治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。 结论:中医辨证分期治疗配合常规西医疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体积血，疗效显著，患者易接受，适用于基层医院。

【Abstract】Objective TCM Differential Treatment of stages observed with convention-al Western medicine therapy PDR by vitreous hemorrhage's clinical efficacy. Methods Since 2008.03/ 2010.09 treated in Our hospital in patients with vitreous hemorrhage in PDR ,53 patients 55 eyes were randomly divided into treatment group, 28 cases with 28 eyes of 25 patients were 27 eyes.TCM syndrome differentiation treatment group main stage, with conventional western medicine, 14d a course of treatment, were treated with 3 courses. Contrast visual acuity before and after treatment were observed and the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage. Results Treatment group, 3 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective in 13 cases and 3 cases, the total effective rate 89.28%, the final observed in all patients 3 to 6 months, no secondary bleeding occurred. Control group of patients cured in 1 case, 5 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 9 cases, total effective rate was 66.67%, including two cases with bilateral eyes were effective in 1 case, 1 case of an effective and an invalid.
