【摘要】在对危重患者的护理过程中，经常会品除医学以外的其他一些人性、伦理等问题，作为一个护理者要正确权衡利害得失，尊重患者的自主权利，公平公正地分配使用公共卫生资源，从而使危重患者的护理工作更为科学合理。

    【Abstract】 In critically ill patients in the nursing process, often product except for medical other than some problems such as human nature, ethics, as a caregivers should correctly weigh the advantages and disadvantages, and respect the interested patients with independent right, fair to assign the use of public health resources, thus make the nursing work in critical patients more scientific and reasonable.
