【摘要】 目的：研究调脂汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂及主动脉VCAM-1表达的影响。 方法：40只Wistar大鼠分为4组，正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组、调脂汤组血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标变化；观察血清VCAM-1的表达情况。结果：灌胃1个月后，辛伐他汀组和调脂汤组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C值较模型组显著降低(P<0.05)，与灌胃前比较TC、LDL-C值也显著降低(P<0.05)，辛伐他汀组较调脂汤组TC、LDL-C值稍低；血清VCAM-1的表达情况：辛伐他汀组没有改变，而调脂汤组的表达水平明显减少。结论：调脂汤能降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠的血脂及主动脉VCAM-1的表达。

【Abstract】Abstract: The research adjusts the fat soup to atherosclerosis big mouse blood fats and the aorta VCAM-1 expression influence. Method: 40 Wistar big mice divide into 4 groups, the normal control group, the model group, Xin cuts down his sandbank group, to adjust the fat soup group blood serum total cholesterol (TC), the low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) the target change; Observation blood serum VCAM-1 expression situation. Finally: Fills the stomach 1 month later, Xin cuts down his sandbank group and adjusts fat Tang Zuda mouse blood serum TC, the LDL-C value to compare the model group obviously to reduce (P<0.05)，Before filling the stomach to compare TC, the LDL-C value also obviously to reduce (P<0.05)，Xin cuts down his sandbank group to adjust fat soup group TC, the LDL-C value to be slightly low; Blood serum VCAM-1 expression situation: Xin cuts down his sandbank group not to change, but adjusts the fat Tang Zu expression level obvious reduction. Conclusion: Adjusts the fat soup to be able to reduce atherosclerosis big mouse's blood fats and the aorta VCAM-1 expression.

近年来，心脑血管疾病已超过肿瘤，成为我国高居发病率和死亡率第一的疾病，而动脉粥样硬化(AS)是其重要的病理基础，严重危害人类的生命健康。如何有效地防治AS是广大医务工作者正努力寻求解决的任务。目前临床上抗AS主要以西药降脂药物为主，取得了一定效果，但也不同程度存在着肝功能损害、肌病、胃肠道反应等副作用。
1 材料和方法
1.1 实验动物与材料。Wistar大鼠40只，清洁级，体重180~220g，雄性，由黑龙江药物安全性评价中心提供。生理盐水，石家庄四药有限公司生产，批号：091124801；调脂汤水煎液由黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院制剂室提供；辛伐他汀购自北京诺华制药有限公司；TC、LDL-C试剂盒购自武汉亚法生物有限公司；Trizolreagent购自美国Z nvitrogen公司；反转录试剂盒购自美国Promega公司；TaqDNA聚合酶购自北京鼎国生物技术发展公司；淋巴细胞分离液购自北京鼎国生物技术发展公司；血管细胞黏附分子1引物购自上海生工生物工程技术服务有限公司 ......
