【摘要】 浅静脉输液是进行临床治疗和抢救的主要手段之一，也是护士基础护理操作最常用的一项技术操作。随着医疗技术水平和人们生活水平的不断提高，人们越来越多地使用静脉输液方法达到治疗诊察的目的。静脉输液后“无痛”拔针和拔针后“无淤血”虽然操作看似简单，但意义很重大，掌握此种技巧能明显减轻患者的疼痛和皮下出血的发生，特别是对循环科需长期输液的患者建立静脉穿刺顺序，做到无痛拔针、按压得当，不影响下次穿刺的清晰度；反之不仅会给病人增加心理负担，对下次穿刺拔针带来恐惧，还会给操作者带来穿刺困难。因此，目前输液不仅要求操作者一针见血率，而且还应达到无痛性拔针，并且掌握良好的按压方法，从而给患者就医治病减轻心理压力。
