【摘要】 目的:探讨妇科疾病腹腔镜手术期的护理。方法:对咸宁市人民医院近2年来208例妇科腹腔镜手术进行回顾性分析。结果 全组手术无一例死亡，镜下完成手术204例(98%)，中转开腹4例(2%)，并发症2例(1%)。结论:与传统开腹手术相比，腹腔镜手术切口小、出血少、痛苦少，术后恢复快、治疗效果确切及便于护理等优点。

    【Abstract】Goal discussion gynecology department disease peritoneoscope surgery time nursing. The method for the past two years 208 example gynecology department peritoneoscope surgery carries on the review analysis to Hebi coal industry group general hospital. Finally the entire group surgery does not have an example death, under the mirror completes surgery 204(98%), the relay opens the abdomen 4 examples (2%), complication 2 examples (1%). The conclusion and the tradition hold the abdomen surgery to compare, after the peritoneoscope surgery margin small, bleeds, the technique, few restores quick, the treatment result accurate and is advantageous for merits and so on nursing.
