【摘要】目的：通过对颅内动脉瘤破裂手术患者围手术期护理，提高颅内动脉瘤破裂患者的治愈率，降低死亡率。方法回顾性分析2007年1月—2011年1月在我院神经外科手术治疗的45例破裂颅内动脉瘤破裂患者的临床资料。结果：治愈率86.7%。术后恢复良好39例，轻度残疾3例，重度残疾1例，死亡2例。结论：积极的术前准备及术前术后有效地护理干预使得颅内动脉瘤破裂手术效果明显，可有效降低病死率，提高恢复等级。
