【摘要】医疗质量管理工作关系到医院可持续发展，每个医院对质量管理中发现的问题都会及时纠正、采取不同的手段处理责任人，可问题仍多、甚至重复出现。建立医疗质量管理档案，将质量管理与医务人员长期利益联系起来，对提高技术水平、加强责任心、改善服务质量有一定促进作用，也有利于质量管理。

    【Abstract】 The work of medical quality management related to sustainable development, each hospital, all the problems be found in quality management will be promptly corrected and processing responsible person by different means, but the problem is still much, even repeated. The establishment of a medical quality management records, the quality of medical management and personnel long-term interests, to increase the technological level, strengthen responsibility, and improve the quality of service would also help promote quality management.
