【摘要】目的：分析食物中毒原因，为更好地处理食物中毒提供思路和经验。方法：采用现场流行病学调查方法，采取可疑食品及环境标本进行实验室检测。结果：调查患者92例，采集标本34件，环境标本中检测出弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌。结论：高度重视食品安全，加强《食品安全法》贯彻落实，以农村和宴会为重点，防止类似食物中毒事件的发生。
