【摘要】目的:探讨门诊输液护士穿刺成功率受到影响的相关因素，并提出相应对策，保证护士穿刺时的良好心态，是提高穿刺成功率的保证。方法:采用问卷调查的方法，对我院门诊输液室护士共35名护士进行调查。结果:在所调查的35名中有30名认为存在这些因素，占87%，护士穿刺成功率受到自身因素，(包括身体，家庭)患者压力，工作环境等有关。结论 护士是操作实施的主体，需要得到患者的理解信任，管理者创造良好的工作氛围，护患互动互信减少心理压力，提高穿刺成功率。

    【Abstract】Objective: to study the outpatient infusion nurse puncture success rate affected related factors, and put forward corresponding countermeasure, guarantee the good mindset when nurse puncture, is improve the success rate of assurance. Puncture Methods: a questionnaire method, to our clinic transfusion room nurse 35 nurses investigation. Results: in the 35 in the investigation that has 30, accounting for 87% of the existing these factors, the nurse puncture success rate by themselves factors,(family) patients, including body pressure, the working environment and so on. Conclusion the nurse is the implementation of the main body, need to get patients understand trust, managers to create the good work atmosphere, the psychological stress reduction with interactive mutual trust, enhance puncture the success rate. ......
