【摘要】目的 探讨56例人工起搏器安置术患者的系统化整体护理方法与效果。方法 对56例患者采取入院宣教、术前指导、术前训练和准备和术后并发症的针对性护理。结果 本组患者均得到满意康复，未出现严重并发症。结论 系统化整体护理，尤其是并发症的针对性护理是人工起搏器安置术患者的康复的关键。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveExplore artificial pacemaker was 56 cases for patients of the systematic holistic nursing methods and effect. Method 56 patients take admission, preoperative guidance, preoperative education training and preparation for the postoperative complications and the corresponding nursing. Result This group of patients were satisfied with rehabilitation, did not appear serious complications. Conclusion Systematic holistic nursing care, especially the pertinence nursing complications is artificial pacemaker operation for the recovery of patient of the key.
