【摘要】本文就急诊护理工作中存在的问题进行了分析，并引出创伤急救提出应对性管理策略。指出随着医疗改革的推进、急诊医学的发展，二级甲等医院的护理管理越来越突显其问题的严重性，对急诊护理工作提出了更高的要求。
