【摘要】目的:介绍色标编码与导卡联合应用于病案归档管理的方法。方法 本方法采用了与以往色标编码与导卡不同的方法，采用12种颜色，每种颜色代表一个月。采用导卡代表科室，每一导卡号代表一个科室，按时间、按科室进行病案归档。结果 通过采用色标编码与导卡联合应用于病案归档管理，提高了工作效率，控制了病案归档错误率。结论 病案管理要不断拓宽思路，勇于创新。
