    【摘要】文章总结了我校对多层次、多专业、多成分医学生进行的分层次、分年级能力目标培养的方法与实践，阐述了教学管理部门与学生管理部门齐抓共管的方式，为高等医学院校学生多层次教育管理提出了新的有效途径。

    【Abstract】 the article summarized the method and practice of abilities aim culturing on more rank order, more specialized subjects and more component medical students, elaborated the way on co-managing by both teaching manage and student manage departments. And this practice provided a new efficacious way on medical students managing of more rank order.
