    【摘要】目的:总结探讨49例高血压患者人工全髋关节置换围手术期的护理经验。方法:回顾性总结49例有高血压患者人工全髋置换围手术期护理，加强围手术期心里护理，做好术后病情观察，预防并发症发生；并做好出院指导。结果:49例患者血压控制平稳，术后无护理并发症发生，治愈出院。结论:有效地做好心理护理及预见性护理，对提高手术成功率和促进病人康复有重要作用。
