【摘要】

    目的： 探讨矽肺合并呼吸道感染的治疗护理。方法： 对52例矽肺并呼吸道感染患者进行短期抗感染治疗，常规和夜间氧疗，长期心理护理，呼吸功能训练，间歇运动训练。结果： 52例患者经过治疗后呼吸功能逐渐得到了改善，运动耐力时间明显提高。结论： 针对性的治疗及护理能使患者生活自理能力得到一定改善，生活质量明显提高。

    【Abstract】 objective: Discussion of silicosis complicated with infection of respiratory tract nursing experience Methods: 52 cases with silicosis complicated with respiratory infection patients for short-term anti-infection treatment, conventional and the night Oxygen therapy，long-term psychological care, respiratory function training, intermittent movement training. Results: 52 patients respiratory function gradually improved, sports endurance time obviously improved. Conclusion: the targeted therapy and nursing can make patients self-care skill get improved, quality of life, obviously improved.
