【摘要】

    中心性气道狭窄是指气管、隆突、左右主支气管及中间段支气管被气道外病变压迫或气道本身疾病阻塞管腔而造成的气道狭窄，常可导致呼吸困难，如不采取紧急措施病人可在短期内死亡。近年来随着介入性肺脏病学的发展，本类疾病的诊断和治疗方法已得到了较大发展。围绕中心气道狭窄的处理出现了许多新的介入治疗方法，包括激光、电刀、冷冻、光动力学消融技术以及支架植入、球囊扩张和近距离照射等。本文结合最新的临床研究证据，对电热消融技术在中心性气道狭窄治疗作用进行综合评价。

    Evaluation of the electrocautery technique in treatment of central airways stenosis

    【Abstract】Stenosis of central airway is referred to external compressive and internal obstructive stricture of trachea，carina，left and right principal bronchus and middle segment bronchus. It can lead to dyspnea or death if emergency measures are not taken in short time. With the development of interventional pulmonology, the diagnosis and treatment of this kind of disease have significantly improved in recent years. To aim at the management of central airway stenosis, many new interventional techniques including laser, electrical knife, freeze, photodynamic coblation technology and stents implantation, balloon dilatation, irradiation at short distance were appeared. In this paper, we comprehensively evaluate the effect of the electrocautery technique in treatment of central airways stenosis based on newly clinical evidence. ......
