【摘要】目的：探讨支气管扩张的临床治疗效果。方法：清除痰液、控制感染、尽量咯出积存的血液，应用镇静、止血药物。结果：28例患者效果显著。结论：积极治疗呼吸道感染对预防支气管扩张症的发生具有重要意义。

    Clinical diagnosis and treatment of 28 cases of bronchiectasis

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of treatment of bronchiectasis. Methods: the sputum clearance, control of infection, as far as possible. The accumulation of blood, the application of sedation, hemostatic drugs. Results: 28 cases of patients with significant effect. Conclusion: active treatment of respiratory tract infection on the prevention of bronchiectasis has important significance.
