【摘要】

    目的：探讨排石汤治疗泌尿系结石患者的临床疗效。方法：分析排石汤治疗泌尿系结石112的临床效果，总结治疗经验。结果：112例患者：痊愈68例，好转33例，无效11例；对有效病例随访1年以上无病情加重或复发。结论：自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石方法简单、经济、安全可靠，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the Paishi Decoction for treatment of urinary calculi in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods: analysis of Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calculus in 112 clinical results, summarize the experience of treatment. Results: 112 patients: 68 cases were cured, 33 cases improved, 11 cases of invalid; effective cases were followed up for more than 1 years without aggravation or recurrence of disease. Conclusion: the self-made Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calculus method is simple, economic, safe and reliable, exact curative effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
