【摘要】目的：观察心理护理对药物干预带状疱疹的增效作用。方法：将64例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组。观察组32例，予阿昔洛韦、维生素等抗病毒、营养神经常规治疗，同时在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理。对照组32例，予西医常规治疗，并结合常规护理。两周后观察临床疗效及止痛、结痂时间，结果采用spss17.0进行统计分析。结果：观察组治愈26例，好转5例，无效1例，总有效率96.88%；对照组分别为17例、好转10例、无效5例、84.38%，两组经X2检验，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止痛时间为6.03±2.51d，结痂时间为4.24±1.95d；对照组分别为9.49±3.27d、6.86±2.78d，组间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心理护理对带状疱疹的治疗具有显著的增效作用，观察组疗效优于对照组，同时可以明显缩短止痛及结痂时间。

Psychological nursing intervention on drug synergism on herpes zoster

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the intervention of psychological nursing on herpes zoster drug synergism. Methods: 64 cases of herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group 32 cases, to acyclovir, vitamins and other antiviral, vegetative nervous conventional therapy, at the same time on the basis of conventional nursing psychological nursing. The control group of 32 cases, to conventional western medicine treatment, combined with routine nursing care. Two weeks after the observation of clinical efficacy and pain, time to crusting, results using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis. Results: the observation group 26 cases were cured, 5 cases improved, 1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.88%; the control group were 17 cases, 10 cases were improved, 5 cases are invalid, 84.38%, two group by X2 test, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ). The observation group pain time was 6.03±2.51d, crusting time of 4.24±1.95d; the control group were 9.49±3.27d, 6.86±2.78d, comparison between groups, the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: psychological nursing on the treatment of herpes zoster with remarkable synergism, the curative effect of therapeutic group was superior to the control group, at the same time can reduce the pain and time to crusting.
