结节性甲状腺肿172例手术治疗与体会
【摘要】目的：探讨结节性甲状腺肿手术适应症、手术方式、术后复发原因以及如何减少或避免术后复发。方法：本组172例患者中，单侧腺叶+峡部切除122例，其中1例胸骨后巨大甲状腺肿劈开胸骨，单侧腺叶+峡部+对侧部分切除34例，双侧次全切除16例。结果：术后无出血、饮水呛咳、呼吸困难。术后暂时性声音嘶哑3例，均于1周内恢复，1例出现低钙血症，经补钙治疗后1个月恢复。随访1-4年，无病情复发。结论：对结节性甲状腺肿，合理选择手术方式以及术后采取甲状腺素治疗，可有效降低甚至避免复发。【关键词】结节性甲状腺肿；手术方式；复发
