1232例口腔科急诊病例的心理分析及护理
【摘要】目的：探讨口腔科急诊患者的心理状况及护理的对应措施。方法：对1232例急诊病例通过心理观察收集资料，实行有效的心理护理。结果：1232例患者中疼痛型为854例，占69.32%，外伤型为324例，占26.30%术后反应型54例，占4.38，并针对各型患者的心理特点总结出八字护理原则：信任，理解，熟练，热情。结论：将八字护理原则应用于口腔科急诊病例，对改善其心理状况，促进患者早日康复是行之有效的。【关键词】急诊病例；心理分析；护理
【Abstract】objective:toinvestigatethepsychologicalsituationofemergencydentalpatientswithcorrespondingmeasures,andcare.Methods:1232emergencycasesthroughpsychologicalobservationdatacollection,implementeffectivepsychologicalcare.Results:Painfultypewasdiagnosedin854cases(69.32%),traumatypein324cases(26.30%),andpostoperativereactivetypein54cases(4.68%).Andforthepsychologicalcharacteristicsofpatientswithvarioustypesofcharactersummedupthenursingprinciples:trust,understanding,proficient,enthusiastic.Conclusion:Theprinciplesusedindentalcareandemergencycases,toimprovetheirpsychologicalstatus,andpromoteearlyrecoveryofpatientswereeffective.
