经济欠发达地区初中教师心理健康状况研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的 为了探讨经济欠发达地区初级中学教师心理健康状况。方法 利用SCL-90量表对安徽省明光市的初中教师心理健康状况进行了研究。结果 ①明光市初中教师群体中主要心理健康障碍是:躯体化、人际关系、偏执;②35岁以上的教师在躯体化、人际关系、恐怖项目上表现出极为显著的差异,在强迫项目上表现出显著差异,在精神病性项目上也表现出差异;③乡镇初中学校中的教师,在偏执、躯体化、抑郁、人际关系、敌对性、精神病性方面要优于城区教师;④经济欠发达地区初中教师心理健康水平在性别上不存在显著性差异。结论 经济欠发达地区城乡初中教师心理健康的总体状况不容乐观,不同群体教师的心理健康水平不一。

    Investigating the Status of Mental Health of Junior School Teachers in Underdevelopment Areas. Liu Yingli. School of Education, Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua 321004, P.R.China

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the status of mental health of junior school teachers worked in underdevelopent areas. Methods Symptom check list(SCL-90) questionnaire was used in investigating the status of mental health of junior school teachers in Mingguang City. Results (1)Main psychological problems include somatization, interpersonal relationship and paranoia. (2)The teachers above 35 have higher scores in somatization, interpersonal relationship, terrific factor, compulsion and psychotic symptoms than teachers below 35. (3)The level of paranoia, somatization, depression, interpersonal relationship, hostility and psychotic symptoms teachers in rural junior school is better than that of teachers in urban school. (4)There is no significant gender difference in all factors. Conculsion The overall condition of the junior school teachers' mental health in this area was hardly optimistic. The mental health levels of teachers are different in disparate groups. ......
