【摘要】 目的 对伴躯体症状的抑郁症进行概要的介绍与评述。方法 利用文献综述法，整合国内外相关研究，对伴躯体症状的抑郁症相关内容进行总结归 纳。结果 概述了伴躯体 症状的抑郁症的发病率，病理机制、抑郁症和躯体症状的关系及伴躯体症状的抑郁症诊断、 治疗、预后。结论 全面掌握伴躯体症状的抑郁症将有助于疾病的早期治疗 ，降低误诊率，避免医疗资源浪费，减轻患者的心理及经济压力，尽快恢复社会功能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To review briefly the major symptoms in major dep ression. Methods Systematic analysis was executed according the l iteratures related t o studies focusing on somatic symptoms in major depression. Summarization was ma de in terms of aspects of somatic symtops in major depression. ResultsThe inci dence, pathological mechanism, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of somatic sym toms in major depressin were discussed. Relationships between somatic symptoms a nd major depression were expatiated. Conclusion To pay more atten tion to somati c symptoms in major depression is helpful to improve early and precise diagnosisand social function of patients. It is also apt to decrease the waste of medica l resources as well as psychological and economic stress of patients. ......
