【摘要】 目的 了解精神科护士的睡眠质量及其相关因素。方法采用采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、SCL-90及简易应对方式问卷对86名精神科护士进行调查，同 时与综合医院的内儿科护士进行比较。结果 精神科护士的睡眠质量与性别 、年龄无关；睡眠效率、睡眠障碍因子及睡眠总分均高于综合科护士；睡眠总分与人际关系 敏感因子及应对方式显著相关。结论 精神科护士的睡眠质量较差，应采取 有效措施进行干预，以提高他们的身心健康水平。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore sleep quality and its contributing f actors of nurses in psychiatric hospital. Methods 86 nurses inpsychiatric hospital and 60nurses in general hospital were evaluated with PSQI, SCL-90 and SCSQ. R esults Sleep quality of nurses in psychiatric hospital had no differenceson age and se x. The scores of sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and general sleep quality w ere significantly higher than those of nurses in general hospital. General sleepquality had significant correlation with interpersonal and coping styles. ConclusionSleep quality of nurses in psychiatric hospital is poor,and active intervene methods should be taken in time. ......
