军队医院中层领导胜任特征结构方程模型

     【摘要】 目的 构建军队医院中层领导胜任特征模型,对其进行验证性因子分析, 为中层领导的选拔和培养提供指导。方法 根据文献回顾和专家评判,共挑 选出67项指标构成胜任特征调查问卷;对188份调查结果进行验证性因子分析。结果 采用验证性因子分析表明,军队 医院中层领导胜任特征包括管理理念、个体发展和能力3个因子,包括了事业心、创新能力 、发展下属、团队意识等15项心理品质。结论 该胜任特征结构方程模型各 项拟合指标比较理想,基本概括了军队医院中层领导胜任特征要求,可用来指导军队医院中 层领导的培养和选拔。

    【Abstract】 Objective To construct the competency model of leaders inmilitary hospital, and through which to develop and improve leadership. Methods Based on literature review and expert's judgment, 67 componentswere selected to composethe questionnaire about competency; 188 subjects were required to evaluate theimportance of leadership component in the questionnaire. Results According to t he result of assessment, 15 components such as enterprise, innovation, developin g subordinate, team spirit were selected to compose the competency model, the mo del can be evaluated though 3 dimensions including management concept, personneldevelopment and ability. Conclusion The model can be used todevelop and evaluate the leadership in military hospital. ......
