【摘要】 目的 探讨孕妇产前心理状况及影响因素,为产前心理健康教育和心理咨 询提供依据。方法 采用焦虑自评量表(SAS) 和抑郁自评量表(SDS) 作为测 评工具,对736名临产前孕妇进行焦虑、抑郁情绪测定,并分析年龄、文化程度、职业和经济 收入等因素对孕妇焦虑、抑郁状况的影响。结果 孕妇临产前，焦虑发生率 为26.90%，抑郁发生率18.75%，与年龄、文化程度及职业有关(P0.05). Conclusion Anxiety and depres sion occur in some part o f prelabor women; Age, education degree and occupation play a main rolein developing psychological problems. Psychological health education and consul tation is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression in prela bor pregnant women.
