    【摘要】目的：探讨老年外伤性骨折非手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择老年外伤性骨折262例，进行局部骨折治疗和全身治疗，并适当予以康复训练。结果：本组老年外伤性骨折病人 262例，治疗好转出院228例，占87%，出现严重并发症转院21例，占8%，死亡13例，占5%。228例患者随防6个月~3年，平均15个月，61%的患者获得功能实用性步行。结论：老年外伤性骨折有其自身的特点，非手术治疗有一定的难度，其死亡率高。康复训练可以促进患者的功能恢复。
