    【摘要】目的：分析惰性宫内节育器嵌顿的原因。方法：选取我院2003年1月~2007年12月间发生的58例惰性宫内节育器取器时嵌顿的临床病例分析。结果：可能与放置宫内节育器的副反应以及农村妇女的卫生条件、放置宫内节育器时无菌技术不严格、责任心及业务能力有关。 结论：惰性宫内节育器嵌顿与多种因素有关。
